DESIGN the HAVAK TRIAD is the most versatile fixed hand-weight ever designed. with its three distinct loading positions (distal, proximal and racked) the TRIAD allows the lifter to +/- the amount of load of any given movement simply by changing how the TRIAD is held. coupled with its three different grip sizes, the lifter can also +/- the level of comfort and difficult of each of those different loading positions. this unparalleled versatility allows the TRIAD to deliver greater range of motion, improved safety and superior training / rehabilitative customization. but like all HAVAK designs . . . the TRIAD design is not for everyone
